Material Information:

Velvet: Velvet is a fabric with short, dense fibers, usually made from silk, cotton, or synthetic materials. It has a soft, smooth texture and a rich, glossy appearance. It is characterized by its density and softness.
MDF (Medium-density fibreboard): MDF is a wood derivative. Resins (glues) are used to bond wood fibers, which are compressed with special heated presses for its production. It is denser than chipboard and resistant to wear. Also, it does not absorb any moisture.
Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering a range of advantages over other materials. It is exceptionally resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It flawlessly maintains its shape and structure, ensuring stability and longevity for furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).

Maintenance Instructions:

Velvet: Use a soft brush or your vacuum cleaner with the soft-bristle attachment and gently clean the velvet. In case of a stain, wipe with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, but rub the stain very gently without applying pressure, as it may penetrate deeper. Rinse the area well with clean water and allow the fabric to dry away from direct sunlight
MDF: To clean, use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface well with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe off any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF.
Metal: For any indoor metal, regular dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:

For extended protection, apply a protective cream to your metal furniture, easily available at hardware stores.
If your furniture is powder-coated, it is highly durable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover them with special covers and bring them indoors during the winter if possible.
If you notice rust, remove it with kerosene and then apply an anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
