MDF (Medium-density fibreboard): MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. For its production, resins (glues) are used to weld the wood fibers which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and durable. It also does not absorb any moisture.
Melamine (LPB): Melamine LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of chipboard in the manufacture of furniture and surfaces, due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe up any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF.

Maintenance instructions:

MDF: To clean it use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed.
